I have customized the widget_in/out php files and a custom widget.css mostly because I get rid of tables and using divs for LWA.
my files are located in im template_directory/plugins/login-with-ajax/ and everything was working before the latest update.
after the update only my custom widget.css is loading.
I'm using my own custom theme with no child themes
wordpress version: 3.x
anyone knows how to fix it and make the new LWA loading my files in my template directory?

Hi, thanks for pointing that out, the reason for this is because of the new templating system I'm working on for this (so that we can use more than one template if needed). It was meant to take into account that old versions used the old method but I guess it didn't....
Just updated it so once it's up on wp.org in a few mins it should work.

I'm asking because this one is still not working, I noticed that that version is missing the "login-with-ajax.php" file, is that normal?

Actually, I just updated to 3.0b2 to make it easier for those that already got b1. Should show up in a few mins.
it might be your template, because I have made some changes to the javascript, I intend to write up some comprehensive documentation soon, but I'm still thinking about the best way for how the templates will work from now on.
I can't remember exactly (did that many weeks ago), but I did do quite a lot of changes to the code to make it more efficient. However, chances are what affects you is the names of the div IDs

well, I tried with no customization and a fresh install but nothing, only in the sidebar it was loggin in but not using javascript functions. No error messages or ajax loading anyway.
I reverted to version 2.2 for now, thank you for your help, I guess I will wait the documentation you are writing befor updating again.

what's your site? It should definitely work, I've tested the logging in features and it works on a couple of sites.
my site is http://lukart.net, (the wp theme is work in progress right now) for testing there is a LWA in the top left sliding panel, and another in the sidebar. The sibar one is a widget, the other is added via template tag.
I reintalled version 3.01b and removed my custom files if you want to give it a look, anyway the site is already using some java so it's totally possible there is some conflict somewhere... I don't know why the older version is working properly

Actually, this is a bug that I'm working on, where more than one login on the same page breaks the JS. If you disable one of the widgets, the other will work, currently the one on top is probably working (don't have a login, but the JS works).
